Meeting Date, fourth Monday of month, 5 p.m., Parlor B Objectives CAP stands for Community Action Program. It is the community arm of the UAW, reaching out into all aspects of community life and engaging in activities which will advance the cause of labor and working families. Goals To seek programs that will provide better education for the young and security for the elderly and improved health care for all Americans. We also seek fairer tax laws and equal rights for all. Activities Helping to register our members and their families to vote and helping to educate our union members on the issues so that they can be informed voters
